Our history exemplifies stunning success.
The success story begins in 1966 in a dark Viennese cellar, where the first prototype of a meat curing machine was developed. Just one year later, the first European pickle injector was launched under the brand name Inject Star.
Today, Inject Star has been one of the world’s leading brands for more than 50 years in the production of machinery for the meat processing industry. The traditional Austrian brand, which has been convincing since its inception with its unique quality and longevity, records satisfied customers in more than 100 countries with currently around 50,000 units in operation.
Thanks to the acquisition of the Doleschal brand in 2012, the extensive range of machines for the meat processing industry was expanded even more, including thermal systems as well as air conditioning and maturing units.
The traditional Austrian brand Doleschal is one of the world’s leading brands when it comes to applications for thermal processes and is particularly valued internationally for its extensive know-how in the field of hot and cold smoking units.
